Packing List

Kitchen:

  • Spices: dill weed, cumin, curry powder, garlic powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, garam masala, celery salt, oregano (we'll see if that was a mistake once I have to go through customs), ginger, basil, salt, and pepper- all rolled up in ziplocs and packed in tupperware.
  • "Natural Foods Cookbook" with 6 recipes using millet
